Is this song suitable for First Dance?

We do not have a special song as a couple and have been struggling to find the "perfect" selection for our first dance.  Yesterday I heard "More" by Matthew West, and we think it could be great.  However, it's actually sung from the perspective of God's love for us, not our love for each other.  Would using this as a reflection of our mutual love be sort of disrespectful to our Lord--or am I overthinking this?  Thanks, ladies!

The lyrics:

Take a look at the mountain
Stretching a mile high
Take a look at the ocean
Far as your eye can see
And think of me

Take a look at the desert
Do you feel like a grain of sand?
I am with you wherever
Where you go is where I am
And I'm always thinking of you
Take a look around you
I'm spelling it out one by one

I love you more than the sun
And the stars that I taught how to shine
You are mine and you shine for me to
I love you
Yesterday
And today
And tomorrow
I'll say it again and again
I love you more

Just a face in the city
Just a tear on a crowded street
But you are one in a million
And you belong to me
And I want you to know
I'm not letting go
Even when you come undone

I love you more than the sun
And the stars that I taught how to shine
You are mine and you shine for me to
I love you
Yesterday
And today
And tomorrow
I'll say it again and again
I love you more
I love you more

Shine for me
Shine for me
Shine on, shine on
Shine for me

I love you more than the sun
And the stars that I taught how to shine
You are mine and you shine for me to
I love you
Yesterday
And today
And tomorrow
I'll say it again and again
I love you more

I love you more than the sun
And the stars that I taught how to shine
You are mine and you shine for me to
I love you
Yeaterday
And today
Through the joy
And the pain
I say it again and again
I love you more
I love you more

And I see you
And I made you
And I love you more than you can imagine
More than you can fathom
I love you more than the sun
And you shine for me
"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine!" (Isaiah 43:1)

I think it would be just fine because God tells us to love one another (especially our spouse) as he loves us.  I like it, and if it resonates with you both I would use it :o)

This.  Matthew West rocks... I think it's definitely a good fit for a first dance song!

I think that's a perfect song for your first dance.
