Running of the Brides

Has anyone done this? Was it worth it? Did they have any Rosa Clara gowns?

    No idea about that particular brand, but I found 2 gowns when I went. My advice: go after lunch. I went around 2 pm, and there were still a TON of dresses, but only about 5 of us shopping. I also went in the morning to cover it for a blog. It was chaos. You can read about it & see some photos here:

    I happened to walk by around lunch time and went in.  The dresses that were there were lower end designers.  There was one Jim Hjelm that I found. 

    Though it's crazy early, I think all the higher end dresses go quickly, first thing in the morning.

    If a Rosa Clara was there, it'd be gone in an hour, I'm sure of it.

    I wasn't gown shopping...I didn't realize it was happening until I offered to take a group shot for a family that was trying to take a picture of themselves from across the street.  When I realized the daughter had a dress in her bag, I put two and two together.

    Anyway, the staff seemed lovely...they cheered any time a girl came up with "the one."
