NYC Caterers- A Sterling Affair or Upper Crust

Has anyone used A Sterling Affair or Upper Crust for catering?? We're looking to get some pro and cons.

    I've read great things about A Sterling Affair, but have not used them.  Upper Crust does NOT allow tastings before you sign, which is unusual in the catering world.  That's all I know!

    I think that Upper Crust is very tempermental and I didn't like their approach at all.

    Sterling Affair is great in terms of professionalism and price but I didn't love their food.
