HELP!!! Need an officiant!

First I just want to say everyone on this board is amazing and posts such helpful reviews!! We are having an outdoor non-denominational ceremony at Destrehan Plantation (just outside of New Orleans) in April 2013. John Zimmer is already booked and Jerry Schwehm said it was too far. Any other good recommendations? Thanks ladies!
