We had a photostation as our favor. Our 2nd photographer took pictures of couples at our wedding and printed them out and put them in frames for our guests to take home.
It was inexpensive for us b/c our photographer just added to our photography package and all we had to do way buy the frames which we got for a $1 each at Walmart
I think the lottery ticket idea would be fun and cute.

You could do scratch off lottery tickets and a penny to scratch with. You can buy little glassine envelopes to put them in.
