  i'm not sure of photogs who do that, but i know they're around.
  
  city park fountain? some lake or stream? the creek in belleview park?
  
  i'm not sure how you want to trash  your dress, get it wet? or get it dirty?

  How about Cherry Creek? Or if you want to get it dirty and wet, hit up both Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake Park.
