Back at it

The trip went pretty well. I didn't do amazingly well, but still pretty decent. I had fairly healthy breakfasts on my own. At a group lunch I ordered a zucchini and squash salad as opposed to the duck gumbo I really wanted, and only had a small bite of each of the apps ordered for the table, to at least try them. H and I split dinner plates.

I didn't do all of the workouts I was planning on but I did get one in and also spent all day walking the city, so my calories burned were not far off from a normal workout day.

I was able to get right back in routine when we got back, so I should be able to turn any damage around pretty quick...
