Colours

Hi Ladies,
I am just looking for some feedback. We are getting married Feb 2012 (soon I know and we just picked this date last week!)
My problem is settling on a colour. I am not completely into the "winter" theme/colours for a wedding... I know its winter but its just the way I feel. We are going for a vintage/rustic look..ie our centerpieces are vintage books, a globe, oil lamps and candles. Our favors are going to be birdseed hearts.

(our wedding is an evening candlelight service with cocktail hour afterwards)

I do not like green but want to keep with the vintage rustic look with out making anything look to springy... any suggestions.
Oh and my dress is cream and the men are wearing black suits.

You don't have to go with the colours of your season at all!!!! Go with what you like most, and don't worry about the season it might look like

I think what you have sounds phenomenal. Just because it's the winter doesn't mean you have to do white, silver, red, sparkles... rustic and vintage and books sounds fabulous.
