I wanted to post something about a relatively new SouthCentral PA/Northern MD caterer that I booked for my wedding (just yesterday!). The name of the company is Cuisine 360 and the chef (and owner) is Marty Qually. (Those of you in Northern MD may have been referred to him at his old place of employment, the Carriage House in Emmitsburg).
I luckily found him on The Knot after some major searching and wanted to continue spreading the word about his new business.
