changing siggy on a mac?

I can easily change my siggy on the nest, but the knot has given me an error message the past few months. Does anyone have a code that works for them?

What is it that you want to change?

For my picture, my code looks like this (without the **):

No advice, but I'm on a mac and have been getting an error message too.
