music to honor loved ones?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a song to honor loved ones that have passed to play at the reception? An upbeat song that isn't going to make you cry your eyes out? this is my FMIL's suggestion instead of honoring them during the ceremony... We have to honor my grandparents and my fiances aunt and uncle...

    Thats interesting... I never would have thought about playing a song to honor them... We are doing a memorial table with framed pictures and memorial candles... I did find this website if you wanted to take a look at it... it has different ways to honor a loved one at a wedding. Hope this helps.

    Thank you! I want to do pictures! I think love the idea! but my FMIL thinks it will make people sad. And in their case it might bc her sister and another sisters husband passed away this year. But my grandparents have been passed away for a couple of years. And yes it is sad and I miss them. But seeing their picture isn't going to make me sad. But thank you for the songs and I will check out the website! :
