I was reading through the list of questions our celebrant sent us and one asked: What tone would you like for the ceremony?  Intimate, ceremonial, minimal, warm, solemn, lighthearted?  What emotion would you like guests to take away from the ceremony?

I literally always cry at weddings, so I know I'll be sobbing at mine.  I'd like for it to be sentimental, intimate, serious, but warm.  I want guests to be moved.  

Anybody else?

    I have never cried at a wedding as many as I have been too... I guess I would say I would want mine intimate, warm, and and I guess I would say light hearted. We would like to keep it simple and sweet.

    I would like ours to be lighthearted and silly but I am sure FI is goign to want some type of more traditional stuff in it. Of course we have already agreed there will be no OBEY or Till death do us part in our vows. He wants to write them. I have no desire to. Id like it short and cute. :)

    I'm not really much of a crier either.

    I want mine to be lighthearted and intimate since that's how we, our friends and family are in general- I'm not into super sappy stuff anyway :-)

    I'm not really a crier either, sorry mel! But we want an intimate, warm ceremony that is also a bit laid back with a couple of humorous moments but not so many that it gets corny. I just really want the ceremony to reflect us as a couple.

    Mel you are not the only sappy one. I bawl my eyes out every time just thinking of my wedding day, oh and watching weddings on tv, looking at my friends wedding pictures. at every wedding I go to. Which is why I want mine silly and lighthearted so I dont bawl my eyes out.

    Mel ... I'm a sappy crier too lol ... I teared up at all the wedding I've been too ... hell I tear up during commercials and wedding shows smh

    I will be crying during my ceremony I already know lol

    I want my ceremony to be intimate and lighthearted a little laughter won't hurt.
