videographer question...what to specify to include?

hi ladies,

i'm looking for advice about what to include in the contract with our videographer.  there are certain things we definitely want in the final version of the video...the whole ceremony, all the speeches/toasts, highlights of the special dances and cake cutting. 

[we're not doing a bouquet or garter toss or wedding party intros]

is there anything i'm missing?  what else did you specify in your contracts?

    -The number of minutes for a cut-version of the wedding
    -Highlight video length
    -Complete raw footage
    -Number of copies of the DVD you will receive and in what formats
    -turnaround time of video following wedding
    -Number of cameras/shooters

    I think the actual footage taken can be saved for a meeting closer to the wedding, but general time lines and expectations are good for the contract.
