NJ Caterer help please

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a good caterer in NJ/NY?  We don't want to spend our whole budget on the caterer so are staying away from Moghul, altho they do a great job.  Caterers that can do nice presentation and fusion food would be especially interesting.

    We used Chand Palace and have been to several weddings where Chand was the caterer.  I've never been disappointed with the quality of food or presentation.  They were fantastic!    Chand does all the standard north indian fare, but also does a good job with their indo-chinese fusion stuff, as well as south indian food.  Our wedding lunch was done by Rasoi in South Brunswick and they were also awesome and very reasonably priced.

    I am using Rasoi in South Brunwick for our wedding reception.  My brother had used them 4 years ago for his Sangeet dinner.  I have only heard good things about them and they are very, very affordable!
