Hi, I'm trying to help my sister out who is getting married next month and I forget...who do you tip and approx how much the day of the wedding?

    Many times the gratuity is included in the contract.  And no extra gratuity is needed unless they go above and beyond.  Mine was included for the limo and reception hall.  We gave our officiant $50. 

    We had a friend DJ, so I'm no help with the band.  But it should be determined by how well they do that night.  Maybe have $100 (in 20s) set aside for each band member and then tip according to how they performed.  I would give each member a tip, not a group tip, then they don't have to worry about splitting it up with each other at the end of the night.
