Chattanooga Area: Need Inexpensive Flowers

I'm trying to find someone to arrange flowers for my wedding in April. I have a small budget to work with. Does anyone know of someone who maybe works out Of their home? The wedding will be in Cleveland, TN.

    Not sure if you have found a flower solution yet, but my sister got married last February and she actually bought her own flowers in bulk and arranged her own centerpieces and bouquets. If you stick with one type of flower and add some greenery, it's relatively inexpensive. She used white roses with a colored tip and added greenery...they turned out beautifully. You can buy things like floral ribbon at the craft store...like Michaels. She went to local thrift stores to purchase random clear vases. I was so impressed! You would have never known that the vases were not all the same and they turned out simple and elegant. You can find several sites online where you can order bulk flowers! Just and idea!!
