How do I privately message someone?

I'm newly engaged and new to the knot. I'm usually pretty tech saavy, but I can't figure out the knot. I've been trying to privately message someone, but don't pull up anything thatlooks like a messaging display. When I click on private message it usually takes me to profile.

Since I'm already on the message board I thought I'd ask another question. I've been engaged now for 2 months. During this time I moved to another city and started a new job. Therefore, I haven't done anything for the wedding! Should I be scared right now, or do I still have enough time to salvage a wedding within a year?

Unfortunately TK is buggy at times. A different route is to go to Friends and find someone that you want to PM and try it that way.

You definitely have enough time. Start getting some ideas and make some important decisions like venue, photographer, etc.

Relax, you have plenty of time. There are plenty of brides who plan their weddings in less than a year. Your situation sounds a lot like mine. We got engaged last April, I moved 2 months later in June and we got married this past June. We were engaged about 15 mos but I would say the majority of it was done in the last 6 mos or so. Once you get the main things booked, the rest will start falling into place.
