  • I personally can NOT get MOTIVATED enough to get myself to the gym ! Ive been dieting for months now (lot 30 something pounds) just cant bring myself to getting into the gym ! Dieting is the easy part to me lol
  • I'm the opposite. I can't stick on a diet to save my life but I can go to the gym 3x a week. Not that I eat unhealthy stuff anyway but I can't stick to the salads, meats and veggies at all!

  • I am the same!  Gym = easy.  I ride everywhere around the city and I'm a dancer so the physically active part is built into my lifestyle.  I am all over the place with my diet though!  I like to eat.  And I like to eat all sorts of things.  I don't snack very well -- I eat large meals.  Trying to reverse the habit...Wish me luck
