PLEASE HELP!

Ok we are changing the theme of our wedding so we no longer are tied to the Cajun menu. Now i have no idea what our menu should beYell. We don't have a preference as to what we serve at this point we just would like someone that is responsive, budget friendly, and our guests will enjoy. Any suggestions? our reception is outdoors in early May. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for any help you can give..

We met with/talked to a ton of people and at the insistance of our wedding coordinator, we met with Ronna from Culinary Delights. The food was delish the pricing was extremely reasonable and the best part was that their pricing included china, glassware, buffet linens, 5 servers, and even a floral arrangement for the buffet! You should check them out!
