any good videographers out there?

I recently put a deposit down of 100 dollars but I'm having second thoughts with my videographer. In the end I should have paid $2176 for a full day which included:

1 videographer pre-ceremony
2 videographer ceremony
1 videographer reception

I've seen his work and it's amazing. It's just I'm wondering if that sounds about the right amount or a little too high? i've seen some videographers for about 1500 but their work is not so good.

does anyone have any recommendations??

    imemory films is having a summer special where their $950 package is $595.  I ended up booking them for my June 2011 wedding.

    I'm using Blue Sky Videos for mine. Paul Bennett is his name and he does exceptional work and he is seemingly cheaper than a lot of videographers...and he shoots everything in HD. Blue Sky Videos is based out of Newport Beach.

    They are awesome and affordable. Check them out! You're paying a pretty reasonable price as I've seen MORE for high-end videographers.

    falangas.com GREAT PEOPLE his wife also does photography priscilavalentina.com my whole package includes engagement pics, all day photos and video with edited photos and video plus day after is 3000 SOOOOOO GOOOOOD! check out their website they actually did my friend lindseys wedding just a few weeks ago and they were great on time and stuck to the schedule! tell them jaime sent you :-)

    Do NOT use them.  They videographed our wedding in September and the footage was absolutely terrible.  Please tell all your fellow brides to STAY AWAY.  It's not only a waste of money but you get a terrible record of your big day.  Buy a nice camcorder and tripod and ask a friend to do it for the same price and get better results.

    I hope I can prevent other brides from suffering like I did. :(
