Mixing Flower and Candle Centerpieces

I'm looking at savings some costs with our florist. What do you think of having some tables with candles (first link) and some with milk glass vases (second link)?

I like that idea of mixing more so if it is a night time reception the candles will make it look intimate.

I agree with PP. We were originally going to a bouquet for each table with some votives, then I decided to cut back on the amount of flowers and do a latern as centerpiece with a few flowers for each table and a few voitves. It is saving a chunk of change. This is what I am doing, except I will use two single hygranges.

I def like your second link. And I like the idea of alternating tables so you have two different looks.
