Recommend your espresso machine?

5 Love Its First Anniversary Name Dropper First Comment
in Snarky Brides
Ours died this morning after 8 happy years.  We're shopping for a new one (probably from Macy's since we have gift cards from the wedding to spend).  We'd like one that makes at least 2 cups at a time, and has a frothing nozzle.  Any recommendations?

    We've had the Baby Gaggia (clicky) for almost three years and love it.  A friend of ours is a pretty experienced barista and recommended it.

    We have a nespresso. DH loves it, but you can only buy the pods online, so its a bitch to restock.

    If i had enough money that I could blow over $2000 on an espresso maker, I could probably give you a list of things 10 pages long that I would buy instead.

    It's sort of by Madagascar, bitchface.  I actually did know that, too.  I did a school project on the place once.  I believe the title of the project was "Here, pick a super obscure place that no one has ever heard of and regurgitate random facts about it."

    You cant start with books on Mauritius.  You have to start with Middle Eastern womens issues, then move to racism, then on to Hitler and Africa, then to Mauritius.
