Seamstress

Hi,  I ordered my dress online, and it is nice.  But it needs substantial alterations.  Any suggestions for good, and reasonably priced seamstresses in the St. Louis Area?  Part of the dress may have to be taken apart for the alterations I need, so I want them to be pretty good.

    I went to Irena at St. Lous Alterations and Tayloring. It's on Clayton near the Galleria. They don't have a website but here is the number: 314-727-5666
    I think I originally heard about them on here, googled the name and found good reviews. My dress is 30 years old and had to be let out. She did a wonderful job; it fits great and looks exactly the same. She charged me $170 which I thought was fair.

    I would go to Sandy's on Hampton.  I had to get mine taking in from bust to hips, add a bustle, buy and sew in cups and a one should strap put on for $100-$125.  i am waiting for the final number.  She's very fast, too!
