Oregon coast catering

Hello all!

I used to spend WAY too much timer on here, then decided to stop planning and now almost a year away from the "big day" and I think it might be time to start look into things =)

We will be getting married in Manzanita, August of 2011, and we want to do a taco bar.  Our fave mexican restaurant in PDX, where we live, doesn't do catering.  Anyone know of a cater at the coast-Seaside, Cannon Beach or Manzanita, that can "alter" their menu to do a taco bar?

    Hi!

    We got married on the coast also, but our catering was a little different and so I can't offer any mexican catering accept maybe The Pelican Pub in Pacific City, maybe? Or Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City?

    But I DO want to rave about The Sweetest Thing Cupcakes in Newberg and the non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice from Evergreen Aviation Vineyards in McMinnville. We had both present at our wedding and OMG are they both yummy delights!

    Aren't there a couple of mexican restaurants in Rockaway Beach? That is likely close enough to work, you think??It would be worth looking into, at any rate.

    There is a Mexican food restaurant in Manzanita, too. El Mariachi Loco.

    A friend of mine does catering in Tillamook, but she travels.  She does truffles, cupcakes and wedding cakes too.  If you're interested, her business is called Posh Sweets and her website is www.sweetlyposhsweets.com
