Fall Flower Options???

Hi ladies,

I am getting married in November and am looking for seasonal flower options--I definitely know what I don't want (roses, carnations, anything red), but am not sure what is out there for the fall besides sunflowers (which my sister did) and dahlias---suggestions???

    DH & I married September 25.  We used roses, callas, gerberas, bells of Ireland, hydrangeas and craspedia.  Also available were buttom mums, asters, spider mums, chrysanthemums, stattice and several types of lilies.
