Early Spring Flowers

Hello all!  As my wedding looks to be mid-March, I wondered if anyone could suggest some flowers (other than roses!) for a small ceremony/ reception.  I was thinking of peonies as they do last longer but if someone else has another idea, let me know!

    Are you looking for flowers that are actually blooming locally in mid-March? Crocus, daffodils, tulips and hyacinth are all spring blooming flowers, although they may not be in bloom as early as mid-march depending on how north you are.  Most florists can import any variety of flower year round though.
