  Ahh good luck....I looked and looked and could not find someone for less than $300 for just hair!  I ended up going to my local salon in Folsom the morning of the wedding (as travel fees are $100+) for my hair and did my makeup myself.

  I would absolutely recommend Lea Savio, she's out of Roseville and did an amazing job. Her prices are totally reasonable and she travels as well. Definitely call her and schedule a trial, she does great work. Her contact info is in my bio.

  I recommend Rona Basa. I hired her for our wedding. Her rates are very reasonable.

  I'm using Liz with beautyonlocationbyliz.com. She's out of the San Jose area, but will travel anywhere for a small travel fee. I really wanted the natural look and I think she accomplished that nicely! She's in Colorado right now, but is scheduled to move back here in March. HTH!
