Foreign Language Friday

I suggested this post a few weeks ago and forgot last week, but here goes nothing...Care to share an useful word or phrase in whatever language you are fluent in and it's translation in English?

"Kem cho" means "hello / how are you?" in Gujarati

"Shukran" is "thank you" in Arabic (yes, almost the same as Urdu).

"Afwan" is "you're welcome" in Arabic.

"Vanakkam" is like Namaste/Greetings in Tamil

For all the coupled up ladies, " Naan Unai Kadhalikeren" means 'I love you'.
