Ft Collins Wedding Venues

I'm looking for a wedding venue in Fort Collins, does anyone have any suggestions? I'm on a tight budget, and my absolute maximum is $2000 for the venue itself and we will be having between 100 -150 guests. Also, I have to be able to bring my own alcohol. My fiancé and I are going to be gifted a few kegs of beer from friends, so we have to be in a place that will allow outside alcohol (requirements for insured bartenders is just fine).

Any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated!

Re: Ft Collins Wedding Venues

  • Lincoln Center would fit the $2K but you have to use their bar service.
You can bring your own to Ellis Ranch in Loveland, but a Saturday is about $3800.
You can bring your own to the Garden Room in Loveland, but a Saturday is about $3500.

You might research Ellis Ranch or Garden Room for a day that's not a Saturday.  Hopefully other posters will have some ideas.  Good luck!
  • Here's another thought - Ellis Ranch also has their Carriage House that they rent out - you might try that too.
  • Thank you for the help! You're suggestions were quite helpful.

I looked into Ellis, and a Sunday wedding (with fees & etc.) would cost about $2600, which is do able, but just a touch more than I wanted to spend. I really love the area it is in, and have many people who recommend it. That may be the way I go. I was just hoping for something a little less expensive, and a little closer to Ft Collins.

<div>I do like Club Tico a lot actually. The only thing is I'd like to have the ceromony within walking distance. City Park would be a beautiful location, but I'm having trouble figuring out the logistics of ceromony seating, set up, take down, etc. Any suggestions for that?</div>
  • Fort Collins Senior Center?

I also hear Fort Collins Country Club will get very price competitive ...

Just North of Ellis is Mc C Ranch ... like Ellis it's a big metal building but photographs well ...

  • I have no idea if it's in your price range but it looks nice and is in Fort Collins:

<div>Thank you for the suggestion, but I have looked at that venue, and it is well out of my price range. It was a shame beacuse it is very beautiful! Thank you for the suggestions though.</div>
