REASONABLY PRICED ALTERATIONS?

HI fellow NYC bride-to-be's!

So- I bought my dress at one of the biggest places.. but of course, what came with the great name- came a big price for alterations. I'm looking for another place that offers more affordable alterations in case I need them when my dress comes in? Can you suggest any?

    I'm not sure what is considered reasonable, but I love the woman I went to.  

    Esin at SEW ELEGANT close to Bryant Park.  

    She was just great - and extremely talented, calm, sweet, and amazing resume.  I had a lot of work done and I think it was around $400. This included pressing and packing - I just took it straight to the wedding.

    I used Susan Ruddie. She was fantastic. She will come to your apartment to do the alterations.
