Hair and Make-up Oceanside

Hi! I am getting married in Oceanside in July and was wanting to hire someone(s) to do hair and make-up for my 5 bridesmaids and the 2 moms and myself for the wedding as my gift to them.  I know this is a tall order, but the people I have priced are over $1100 for this.  Any suggestions for making this more achievable?
