So FI and I live together, and we're going to be moving in May but we have no clue where we're moving to....

So I was going to order my invites soon, and we won't be moved until six weeks before the wedding.

So do I put my mother's address on everything instead? I grew up there, and it's in the same town we're moving to.

What do you think?

Sounds like putting your mother's address for the responses is the safest way to go.

Is your mother nearby? Do you want her to handle counting your RSVPs or is it reasonable for you to come pick them up every few days? If so, go for it.

If not, you'll probably need to wait until you get your address or get a post office box.

I'd get a PO box. It should cost you about $10.

I would put your mother's address as the return address. Traditionally the return address on wedding invitations is where people sent presents. If you get a PO box, that woul be fine for RSVPs but wouldn't work for packages that people send.

Actually, if you get a package at your PO box, they just put a slip in your box and you pick up the package from the counter. FI occasionally gets packages sent to his PO box, it's no big deal.
