South Padre beach wedding!!!

My fianc and I are planning a wedding in south padre on the beach. Everyone says Oct and Nov are the best months, but what are some other good months? We feel the time and budget won't allow us to get married as soon as oct or nov, but what about February? Can someone who knows the weather or has experience help me out here??? We don't want to wait over a year to get married but we do want to have a nice wedding on the beach! Thanks!!!

    March will be better than Feb for the weather, but watchout about spring break... the prices go high.

    We got married 8.28.11 in Padre. Very small.
