Cheap Websites?

I was wondering whether anyone knew of any websites where you could buy things like votive candles, and cheap vases, without getting kicked in the butt with shipping fees. I live in Ottawa, CA, perhaps someone knows of a good shop I can go to, which would be even better. Anything helps, thanks :)

    I think Oriental Trading has alright prices.  A friend from NB orders stuff off there all the time. 


    Also - dollarstores.  I'm not even kidding! I work for a charity and when we do fundraisers we get great deals on vases, etc at the Dollarstore!

    I live in Ottawa as well and we have found vases at the Dollar Store on Merivale and at the Trainyards!
