Queen Anne Victorian mansion

Has anyone had or know someone who had a wedding at the Queen Anne Victorian Mansion, and know the general price range?  I love the large gazebo, but I'd like to know whether it's closer to $1,000 or $10,000 before I get too attached.

    I created a spreadsheet to compare the prices of different venues I was looking at. I can email it to you if you'd like. It has Edgefield, Abernathy Center, and Bridal Veil in it. This is for 175 guests and obviously food and alcohol are flexible, which would also reduce the service charge fee. The rental fee is for a Saturday, and I think it's less on other days. They have really basic center pieces included, like a few candles. If that's your style that would also save you a tone of money. I wouldn't be shy about asking vendors their prices though. I hope no one thinks I'm tacky, but its usually the first question I ask!
