First Reception Venue Site Visit

I have my first reception venue site visit on Friday! So excited to really feel like I'm getting this thing on the ball. It's the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel. My cousin got married there a few years ago and it was gorgeous, but they were doing renovations at the time. I can only imagine how it looks now!

    Oooooh, please let me know how it goes! I'm venue shopping myself, and although that's not on my short list, it's always good to explore the options. And money does talk... lol

    I love that hotel.   I was actually there recently for a meeting and was thinking how much I love it.  Good luck!

    @Butterfly Chicka - At signing of contract $1K deposit to hold date. The guarantee for guests and balance is due 3 weeks before event. That's it.

    I'm checking out the Marriott at the Airport as well. My coordinator (its wierd saying that since I'm a planner myself) has a partnership with Marriott properties AND from their packages they are offering a bit more than the Westin for the same price.
