The Local -- Downtown Minneapolis Rehearsal Dinner???

Hello,

We're currently searching for a good spot for a rehearsal dinner in downtown Minneapolis for a wedding in October. Our budget is around $2500; and there seems to be very few options that fit this.

One that we did find was the Local, which has a space called "The Hollow." Has anyone had experience here? The price fits our budget but I'm not sure what the experience would be like; at more of a pub setting.

If there are any other suggestions in the area that'd be great too!

    I had a party a few years at the Local, in the upstairs space, except I can't remember what it was called.  It was a relatively private balcony.  The decor at The Local is actually pretty nice -- rich woods, etc.  I suppose it is technically a pub, but it is fairly upscale.

    I'm not sure about prices, but here are some other ideas:
    Spill The Wine
    Solera
    Seven
    Hell's Kitchen
    Rock Bottom Brewery...
