Table Assignment Cards

Our venue has the option of putting table assignments on a television screen instead of setting up a table with cards. We thought this might be a good cost-saving option. Thoughts?

    I think it depends on a few things: is the TV visible to everyone, is it in an easily accessible area, will there be bottlenecking if everyone's trying to look at the TV at once?

    If none of those are issues, I think that's fine. 

    I'd suggest having it organized alphabetically by name rather than listing each table. MUCH easier for guests to find their seats that way :)
