I had a breast reduction/lift done about 4 years ago and it was the best decision of my life.  Although it was a tough recovery.  I think I seen someone else say, be sure you give yourself PLENTY of time to heal.  Seriously, I would give a good 6 months to heal before the wedding.

It might be different for you since it is not reconstructive but because half my nose was basically caved in (it was a mirical that my orbital bone did not break) it took about two weeks for the intense pain to subside and not have an excruciating sinus headache. Then it took another at least two months before I could breathe normally (they stuff like 5 feet of gauze into your sinuses). It looks odd and you have the cast on for about a month and a half but the breathing normally is what takes the longest to go back to normal. With my nose I still have some scar tissue within my nostril and it is a bit odd to get used to, but with yours as long as you get a good doctor it should be not too bad as far as pictures go after about a month and a half to two months (if your a quick healer it would be even quicker). My face was ridiculously bruised because I got hit by a softball in the face and it just was a bit worse when my nose was fixed, so it should be a lot less brusing for you.
