Engagement Parties

My friend is throwing me an Engagement Party and I'm not sure what we should do for it. I have ever been to an Engement Party so I'm not sure what I need to do to help her cordinate. Can any one give me some Help?

    My friends threw me an engagement party that was really simple. All we did was go out to eat (mexican with lots of margaritas) and come back to my apartment where we played drinking games. It was a low key, fun night.

    My friends did one for me but we had it at the house everyone brought  a dish and we  had game night

    We are planning to do an intimate dinner with his parents, my parents and our closest relatives at a local restaraunt.
