Videographer gone MIA?

Has anyone been talking to Michelle from "Fresh Focus Productions" as a videographer in the past few months? 

We have attempted to contact her several times and have not heard back from her.

    Maybe she's on vacation?  How long have you not been able to get a hold of her?  This week is a pretty common vacation week.

    We had been in contact with her several months ago, and she estimated that my video would be done in mid April.  When May arrived and we hadn't heard from her, my mum tired to conctact her again with no response.  We tried again at the beginning of June but still no response.
