Delaware Park Rose Garden

Has anyone had their ceremony here? If so, what did you use for your music, and where did you gather before the ceremony so your husband [or the guests] didn't see you before it started? SInce its outdoors, I wasn't sure what worked. The guy we spoke to said you could use the casino if there were no other weddings scheduled that day?

    HI I just got married there on July 11th, it was absolutely beautiful! I hired a string quartet (Suzuki Strings - they are students but they were amazing and only cost $360 for the hour). The limo was able to pull right up to the Casino and my bridesmaids and I were able to hang out in the air conditioned building until the ceremony started because there was no other function going on at that time. (the A/C was key on that hot July day!) Kathy Dues is the main contact along with her son, they did a great job of making sure our wedding went off without a hitch!  Good luck and happy wedding planning :)

    i was a guest at a wedding here and it was pretty bad, honest, there were kids on the adjacent playground screaming, the cheap bride didnt get enough chairs(note if you do this get enough chairs), i stepped in dog poop in my sandals and had to wash my toes off and it was super hott, not to mention they had it early in the summer so the roses were barely blooming

    For being an invited guest at a wedding (no matter who's it is) you are extremely rude! Weddings are expensive and maybe the bride truly could not afford more chairs. Maybe if you didn't get a chair you should have gotten there earlier! I am appalled at the comment you made about this wedding! From the sounds of the type of person you are, you were lucky to be invited!
