Help! Need an Outdoor Wedding Venue for 350!

Hi knot community :) New to the boards here - I am getting married next summer and am looking for an outdoor venue for 350 guests. I'd like to stay within the metro detroit area. Cranbrook is booked all summer. Meadowbrook is an option right now. Other than that, I'm having trouble finding a space to accomodate that many people. I want an outdoor wedding - or is there a rooftop downtown that overlooks the water? Any help/suggestions are much appreciated! Any suggestions of just a large space that I can put a tent on and bring in my own decor, catering etc would be great too - Thank you!!

    In two weeks and I am getting married on Lake St. Clair at the Jefferson Beach Marina and having a reception cruise on the Infinity Yacht.  The Infinity holds up to 150, but I believe their other yacht the Ovation can hold up to 300-350. They have their own food and design specialists so you can't bring in your own food, but that was fine with me.  The least I had to do the better :p  You didn't mention a price, but you did mention some of the other venues I considered :) Good Luck!  I am SUPER excited!!!

    What about the Belle Isle Conservatory and Casino?  Not sure how many guests it could accomodate though...

    Hi Calistruck!
    I am looking for something similar to what you are....but with a guest count closer to 250.  Did you end up finding a reception location??  Any help is much appreciated!  Thanks so much!
