Noise permits?

I'll be having my wedding July 30th in Portland at the B&B my FI's parents own.

I'm (praying) that the guest count stays about 80 people. I already have taken into consideration that we won't be partying really late on site, since I like my soon to be MIL and want her to stay on good terms with her neighbors :)

But, it raises the question: will I need a noise permit for when we're still out after 6pm?

    I believe noise levels don't adjust for lower volumes inside Portland itself until 10 pm. So, if you're planning on wrapping up before then, you shouldn't have a problem.
