Welcome Baskets

I really want to make welcome baskets for the out of town guests flying in for our wedding.  I wanted to include a bunch of Omaha stuff but also some unique items that relate to the FI and I.  Any ideas on free or close to free stuff for the baskets?  Did anyone else do them?  Did you use an actual basket?  I was thinking reusable bags...

    I never heard of anyone using actual baskets.  I've only seen different types of bags (decorated paper ones, plastic, etc).  The visitor center in the Old Market has some visitor packets that you can use and add stuff to that are free (last I heard).

    I personally didn't do them.  I just added Omaha visitor info to our wedding website.

    We are doing Nebraska related items in ours...gum, water, popcorn, kool-aid boxes, etc. and then we are putting in a little info about places to visit and maps of the area.
