Where to get a gown???

Can anyone recommend places for bridal gowns?? I am just starting to look and dont know where to begin. Hopefully in NYC or Queens. I want to make several appointments for 1 day. Thanks!!

    Book appointments every 2 hours, for a max of 3. They all run behind schedule and make you wait. Definitely know what sort you want and the budget. I did Wedding Atelier (pricey), Pronovias (E 52), and Bridal Loft (E 37) and finally Bridal Garden. Bridal Garden is a sample for charity kind of place. Get some bridal magazines and look so you know what silouette you want. At the end it is hard to figure out why some are so much more expensive than others. 
    I got a Pronovias gown and it was a pleasant experience, helpful but not pushy salesperson.

    Try RK Bridal.  I got my gown there.  I went during the week after work so it was pretty easy.
