Cake flavors/fillings

I just met with our baker today and we decided how the cake will look, but now I need to call in some samples to try and I'm not sure what to try. We get three samples.

I think I want to try Red Velvet and Champagne Custard for sure. What else should I try?

The options for cake flavors (only ones I'm considering) are Red Velvet and White cake.

The fillings options are:
Chocolate Fudge Truffle
Chocolate Raspberry Truffle
Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Dobash
Custard
Champagne Custard
Rum Custard
Banana Custard
Cream Cheese
Cherry
Strawberry Preserves
Raspberry Preserves

Also, we can add Liquer flavorings:
Amaretto
Rum
Framboise
Grand Marnier
Creme de Menthe
Kirsh
