How to include the mothers

I'd really apprecaite someones help.  I'm trying to figure out a way to give the mothers "projects", that don't involve the major planning.  My fiance and I want to hold on to: catering, floral, venue etc... for a number of reasons..

But we are trying to find those "other" projects:
Gift Bags for hotel guests
Program for Gift Bags, 
Wedding Guest Book
Program during Wedding.

Anything else?!?

    Hope I'm not too late.  I'd have them prepare the reception table place gifts...candy bags etc. I'd have one watch over the gift table especially the card reception bag.  Be sure to get family pictures in a corner of the room or in an adjacent room.  Have the "strongest" of your moms coordinate that.

    Before hand...have them team up and throw your shower!  Or...have them decorate your wedding vehicle. :)
