    I am getting pissed about not being able to hear correctly out of my left ear!  It started as a sore throat back on Halloween, then went to my upper chest with a cough.  Got a painful earache that lasted 24 hours and left my ear stopped up (like cotton in it).  A bit of a stopped up nose, then every thing was gone except the stopped up ear!

    I tried popping my ears but to no avail.

    Last week I went to my regular doctor and said that my ear was red.  He gave me a Z-Pac and prescription eardrops. Didn't work.

    Went to an ENT on Tuesday of this week.  He gave me a pack of steroids to take for the next six days, along with a prescription nasal spray (which the pharmancy was out - they hope to have it today).  If this doesn't work I can refill the steroids once. If that doesn't work then it's back to the ENT.
