Need military wedding resources

I am in the early phases of planning my wedding. My fiance is AF. We're not sure how many military aspects we want to include in our wedding. Does anyone have any useful resources (books, websites, etc) they would recommend that would give me more information about military customs, attire, rules, etc? THANK YOU.

    I dont' know of any books but Stan (WISHICOULDBE) knows all the rules. :)

    Is he a pilot? If so there are TONS you can do with airplanes. I bought a airplane stamp at a stamp camp and use it all the time for scrapingbooking all my FI's AF stuff. You can do airplanes on your invites and all your stationary. I was playing with the idea of paper airplanes as escort cards too. Your FI can wear his mess dress if he wants. Depending on his rank and the number of other AF guys you could do the sabre arch.
    Table numbers could be different types of airplanes or air force bases. I remember when FI could name every AF base in the world, but now that he is in his final stages of flight training that knowledge as been replaced by more useful stuff.

    </div><div>As far as plane stuff goes, there's a super cute template on VistaPrint. I would use it if it didn't say USAF (I would also not use it if it said USMC), but the plane art is pretty cute, and might work for you for an STD or something!</div><div>

    Magnet Street also has Military Save the Dates.. I probably would have used these but FI is Filipino and none of the guys look like him :(

    Doing it yourself you could save a lot of money with stationary but here is the link for the STD anyway

    and Finally we were also playing with the idea of having people throw airplanes instead of bubbles, petals but I decided against it. (I didn't want to chance getting an airplane in the eye haha and the clean up)
